Our first week of school is underway, and already we've made some great progress. I'm working hard to learn all the new names and faces, while the students are working hard to learn about music. It's an exciting time!
Make sure your choir student has brought a notebook to leave in the choir room as well as a signed letter with their t-shirt size returned to me by tomorrow. (This will be one of their first grades). More information about t-shirts will be forthcoming.
On a separate note, this morning I received some information about string lessons available to Hancock County Students. Since we do not have a formal string program in our district, I think this could be a great opportunity for families interested in providing that sort of experience for their students. If interested, check out the information below.
