Time to Order T-Shirts!

Each student needing a t-shirt for choir next year will take home a form today with the details about the student's name, shirt size, and payment options.  In case that doesn't make home to all you parents, here are the details:

Price: $15.00
Size: Check with your child on this.  Each student had an opportunity to confirm the size from their letter against an actual sample of the shirt.  Consequently, about half the sizes I'll be ordering will be different than what was circled on the parent form.
Payment Options: Please pay with cash or check.  Checks need to be made out to Doe Creek Middle School.  Because over 200 shirts are being ordered for four different choirs in five different class periods, keeping the money straight is a must.  Please send the money in an envelop labeled with your child's name, grade, and choir period.
When: I'll be making the order Monday, August 30th.  That gives you a day or two to make sure the size will work, so please let me know immediately if you notice a problem or mistake.  Please have all monies turned into the choir office by Friday, September 3rd.
